TriMet Tickets Delivered Right to Your Home

Want to get your TriMet pass delivered right to you every month? If you're a frequent TriMet rider, you will love the convenience of the Pass-by-Mail program. You can pay on a month-to-month basis, choose automatic monthly billing on your credit/debit card, or buy a pre-paid one-year pass.

Here’s how to sign up for TriMet’s Pass-By-Mail:

  • Sign up for the Month-to-Month Option
    • Download and mail in the Month-to-Month Registration form along with your first month's payment.
    • Pay by credit/debit card or check. You choose which months you want passes; you can even skip a month or two. There's no obligation.
  • Sign up for the 1-Year Pass Option
    • Download and mail in the 1-Year Pass form along with your payment.
    • Order an All-Zone, 2-Zone or Honored Citizen 1-Year Pass and you'll get 12 1-Month Passes for the price of 11 when you pay in advance.
    • If you're paying with your credit/debit card, please note your card will be charged once for the total amount (including shipping and handling) in advance.
    • Relax and enjoy the trip! Your pass will be sent to you every month for a year.
  • Place a one-time order for tickets or passes by mail by ordering online at the TriMet Store or download and mail/fax a Ticket & Pass Order Form. If you'd like an order form mailed or faxed to you, call 503-962-2422, ext. 3.
  • Pay a $1.50 shipping and handling fee for each month's order along with the payment for whichever option you choose.
  • Change or cancel an order by calling TriMet at 503-962-2422, email at passbymail@trimet.org, or write TriMet Pass-By-Mail Customer Service before the 10th of the month.
